Safety/Warranty against defects

Safety with KidzMouse® products are the same as safety with all computer peripheral products. KidzMouse® products are intended for use by young children, teenagers, and adults with small hands. All computers and computer peripherals come with directions for avoiding repetitive stress injuries. Please follow the directions provided by your computer manufacturer, change positions regularly, and take breaks from the computer to avoid injuries.

Warranty against defects - 1 year from date of purchase

KidzMouse® products are warranted to work as described in the packaging materials and on the Installation page of this website. If on receipt of the product the unit is inoperative, please e-mail to customerservice@kidzmouse.com describing the problem. Please include your e-mail address and daytime telephone number so that we can contact you to help resolve the problem.

KidzMouse® products are compatible with Windows 98SE and above and MAC OS 9.1 and OS-X. See Installation page for special instructions with Windows98.

KidzMouse® products have been fully tested and complies with the following North America and International Standards: FCC, CE, VCCI, C-TICK, BSMI, and ETL/UL1950.
